Balintocatoc is a barangay in the city of Santiago, in the province of Isabela. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 3,777. This represented 2.80% of the total population of Santiago, according to Phil Atlas site.
It has the age group with the highest population in Balintocatoc is 5 to 9, with 454 individuals. Conversely, the age group with the lowest population is 80 and over, with 12 individuals, according to the 2015 Census.
It is the home of the famous Dariuk Hill which is famous for the chapel and the hills that bikers and runners want to climb and go down. It’s also where most of the family picnics are done and where people go to for recreation and fun.
Balintocatoc is also the home of Mama Emz Food Products. This is where all the peanut butter, yema palaman, pastillas, polvoron and Malunggay Chips were made.
